Monsilient enables expansion through the use of add-on modules. The modules are separate entities that use the functionality offered by the Core and also bring additional functionality to the application when connected to the Core. Each module is self generating once plugged into the Core. If you look to the right of the screen, you will notice the templates making use of the plugged in Polls module.
Monsilient makes full use of Access Control on both user group and specific user levels. This means if an anonymous user (someone not logged on) or a logged on user who is not a member of the group a page is restricted to, the user will be denied access to the page. This also applies to all administration areas and modules.
Security is top notch with all passwords encrypted using the latest encryption algorithms. You can also restrict specific IP addresses or a range of IP addresses.
You can use session management to view who is currently logged in or online on your site. Get full detailed logs for all logins, creations and edits. You have access to statistical data giving details on browsers, platforms, and page hits specific to any date.
You edit page content through an advanced, easy to use WYSIWYG editor which is similar to Microsoft Word.
